Who We Are
Seth Livingston
Coach Livingston is beginning his fifth season at Paducah Tilghman High School. He has been involved in the sport of wrestling as an athlete or coach for 31 years. During his four seasons as the head wrestling coach the program has had 27 individual state placers, 7 state champions, and 2 team trophies, including the schools first state championship in 2023. Coach Livingston is also heavily involved in Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling and has coached several national champions and all-americans. As an athlete he was a 2x Illinois State Finalist and a State Champion in 2000. Coach Livingston's purpose is to construct a family environment where athletes take ownership for their personal development, while showing grit in their effort, and gratitiude for the opportunity.
Jake Landals
Coach Landals is entering into his 8th season as a wrestling coach. In that time he has helped contribute to Paducah Tilghman’s high school success, helped Maritime Wrestling Academy secure 6 youth state championships, and currently serves as Kentucky USA Wrestling’s National Teams Director and National Teams Coach. Coach Landals began his wrestling career as a 7th grader in Manitou Springs, Colorado, where he compiled a 1-17 his first year. After falling in love with the sport, and failing forward, he started to find some success. Landals became a member of Team OTC at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, where he grey-shirted and trained Freestyle. He trained full-time alongside many of the best wrestlers in the country, and was coached and mentored by Olympic Champion Brandon Slay, and World Champion Bill Zadick. Landals earned a scholarship and continued his wrestling career at Lindenwood University in St. Charles Missouri, where he started for the Lions at 174/184#. He was a national qualifier, however was unfortunately plagued with several injuries he battled throughout his college career. After receiving his MBA, he moved to Paducah Kentucky, and began his coaching career. Upon his arrival, Landals dabbled in Jiu-Jitsu for a while, earning silver medals at the Pan American Championships in New York City, and the European Championships in Rome, Italy.
Ben Ellard
Coach Ellard is entering his third season at the helm of our middle school program. In that time he has led the team to two runner-up finishes at the state tournament. Most importantly he is developing discipline, respect, and grit in our young wrestlers while also nurturing a love for the sport. Coach Ellard started wrestling at a young age in the state of Oklahoma and competed collegiately at Campbellsville University.
Chris Fearon
Coach Fearon has been with the program for three years. He has an extensive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mainly focuses on developing a strong work ethic and love for the sport in our youth wrestlers. Coach Fearon is also in charge of our program's social media and marketing.
Steffanie Hampton
Stephanie is from Onondaga, Mi. and graduated from Leslie High School in 2014. She attended Campbellsville University 2014-2018 and graduated with a Bachelors of Mass Communication in spring 2018. Additionally, she graduated from Campbellsville University with a Masters of Sports Management in 2021. Stephanie moved to Paducah in August of 2021 to build a girls wrestling program and teach special education. She commissioned as a 2LT in the U.S. Army through WKU’s ROTC program April 2022. Her favorite thing about wrestling is seeing kids progress throughout the season doing things they have never done before.
Kolby Koepp
Coach Koepp is entering his second season with our middle school program. The strong work ethic and grit he displayed as a wrestler for Paducah Tilghman is evident in his commitment to our developing athletes. While Coach Koepp's competitive career was cut short by injuries he has a love for the sport and has found renewed purpose as a coach.
Spencer Redwine
Coach Redwine is entering his second year with our middle school program. As an athlete he was an outstanding leader and he continues to display this quality as a coach. In 2021 he was a KHSAA State Placer, as well as a team captain.
Jaedin Sklapsky
Coach Sklapsky is entering his third season with the program and his fifth year as a wrestling coach. Upon arriving to Paducah he made an immediate impact on the program and continues to be integral in the development of our wrestlers. Coach Sklapsky grew up in Michigan where he was a multpiple time high school state finalist and state champion in 2015. He wrestled collegiately at Campbellsville University where he was a 3x NAIA All-American.
